Biography

Alaina Wagner grew up in Lockport, NY with her parents and her older brother. From a young age, she was passionate about anything and everything creative. She wrote poetry and short stories in middle school, practiced drawing in sketchbooks, and painted pieces for her family. Until she reached high school, she knew that she wanted to do something creative as her career, but did not know exactly where her passion would lead her. However, that changed when she was allowed to play video games at the start of her high school experience. She found a way to combine all of her creative passions into one, and now she wishes to pursue a career in concept creation for the entertainment industry.

Alaina Wagner attended Clarkson University for three years where she majored in Digital Arts and Sciences, and she is minored in Communications, Mathematics, and Computer Science. As President of her university’s gaming club, she organized campus-wide gaming events and worked with other clubs to promote a healthy gaming community at Clarkson. Through this club, she ran the committee for League of Legends and participated in the game creation committee, where she worked with others of like interests to develop video games. Additionally, she volunteered with the St. Jude’s Up ’til Dawn club, and at the local humane society. All of her extracurricular activities helped develop her skill set, from working with numerous individuals on projects to holding leadership roles.

Before she was able to complete her bachelors degree, Alaina’s family made the decision to move to Winter Haven, Florida.
